Is a retainer required when placing an order?
 
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all custom cake orders. This will secure your requested date. The remaining balance must be paid at at least 1 week before your event date.  Any changes to your order must be made 1 week or more before your cake is due.
 
What is the best way to get ahold of you?

How much notice is needed to place an order?
2 weeks or more is required for all orders. There will be a $20 rush order charge if  cakes are ordered within 1 week notice. This will not be applied to the balance.
 
Do I offer cake testings?
No, not at this time. I apologize in advance for any inconveniences.
 
How can I submit my deposit?
Deposits can be made through Paypal. A invoice will be sent to the email you provide when you are ready to order.
 
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges start at $20 and increase based on distance.
 
Why is my cake price different from my friends?
All the cakes that I produce are custom made. Different details on cakes, require different products and time. Not all cakes are the same. Unless I am running a special at the time you book, then the price I give you will stand firm.
 
The grocery store is charging half of what you are charging why?
Don’t insult me! You see what you get at the grocery store. My cakes, cupcakes, cakepops, and strawberries are custom made. Grocery stores do not offer custom made products.
