All cake orders have a minimum order of $125 and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date which will be applied to your final balance.
3-4 weeks in advance ordering or more is required for all orders.
Any orders that are placed with 1 weeks notice will be charged a rush order fee of $75.00 ***This will be applied in addition to the balance****
Cancellation
In the event you cancel your order a refund of your deposit will not be given. Your deposit secures your date and covers the supplies needed for your cake. If some unforeseen event happens and it has occurred on my behalf, I will not hesitate to give you a full refund.
Refunds
I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, UNLESS THE CAKE IS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR IN MY POSSESSION. IF THE CAKE IS DAMAGED IN MY POSSESSION, A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE AMOUNT IS UP TO MY DISCRETION. ONCE THE CAKE IS OUT OF MY POSSESSION IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Delivery Fee
Delivery charges start at $20 and increase based on distance.
Is a retainer required when placing an order? Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all custom cake orders. This will secure your requested date. The remaining balance must be paid at at least 1 week before your event date. Any changes to your order must be made 1 week or more before your cake is due. What is the best way to get a hold of you?
